Content Strategy, Site & Business Strategy & Web Design
After going through a reorganization within the company, the site needed a revamp from its old format and audience. I helped introduce a new site strategy, target audience (based on surveys and data) as well as an overall redesign of the site user experience. Dailybreak is a content site that rewards their audience with points and store prizes by taking quizzes, trivia, & other interactive games. Dailybreak was made up of a multi-step series of challenges that took a user through many different games within one scenario. We transformed these challenges into what is now a more direct and simpler approach allowing users to take more games and win more prizes at their own leisure.
Main objectives for the site redesign :
- Increase completion rate of paid content
- Increase & improve share-ability
- Change user perception by improving legitimacy of site
- Increase user retention
- Gather data on users
My Role:
