The Ask
Sensata was undergoing a major digital transformation. The website and brand needed to deliver an experience that reflected this transformation. A transformation that differentiated the category digital customer experience, drove business growth, reduced the cost to serve, created operational efficiencies, and simplified customer engagement. The ask was to redesign the site while also providing consulting to help consolidate internal disciplines that would be reflected through content strategy. The process was a catalyst for “brand rationalization” internally.
My Role
UX and Content Lead - From strategy into implementation, I helped with creating and implementing the brand transformation online.
