The Ask
To lead the deployment of UL’s new digital platform being built on Acquia Cloud Site Factory. The ask was to setup and configure the platform, to create information architecture, to prototype and consult for the “Platform Custom” base site that would be deployed on the platform.
My Role
UX Lead - Review current ul-ts.com site analytics and conduct interviews, audit, and analysis to glean insights into user behaviors and inform site priorities.
Develop a sitemap and proposed navigation structure for the base site that aligns with UL-TS site goals and content structures as well as platform best practices, informed by the broader platform strategy and inputs
Create a clickable wireframe prototype to illustrate key interaction points in the new TS site
Facilitate testing a card sort or navigation exercise to validate sitemap and navigation
